Andrea is the founder of AcAp Advisory and focuses on Utilities and Infrastructure M&A and capital raising. He has over 10 years of experience in investment banking covering oil & gas, utilities and renewables. In 2014-2015, he was a Senior Director at Citigroup with responsibility for Utilities and Infrastructure covering mostly Southern Europe and Central Eastern Europe. From 2010 to 2013, he was a Vice President at Citigroup in the Power and Utilities team. Before then, he was an analyst/associate at Lehman Brothers / Nomura in the Natural Resources and Utilities Investment Banking team in London. Andrea holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Degree in Business Administration and Management from L. Bocconi University, Milan.
Nick commenced his career in 1984 with national agency Mason Owen and Partners. Nick spent 3 years assisting partners with clients’ national expansion programmes before moving into the Development market. During the following 25 years, Nick specialised in developing with major institutions such as Aviva, Standard Life, Land Securities, Credit Suisse, Allied London and St Martins. Since the completion of his last £40m mixed use scheme development for Aviva, Nick has actively advised on asset purchases, development projects and property syndication around the UK. He served as InvestSure Non-Executive Director and is currently property advisor to the Reel Cinemas Group.
Asif has a notable background since 2008 in both corporate finance and real estate advisory, structuring and capital raising. Previously, he worked as an investment banker for Citigroup and Nomura in UK Coverage and Oil & Gas, spent predominantly in London as well as the UAE. He also worked for Inspired Asset Management as Investment Manager dealing in Project Finance and Capital Raising for their property development portfolio, and InvestSure as Investment Director on the Board. He has a primary focus on capital structuring and raising in senior debt, mezzanine and equity capital with a diversified investor base spanning across HNW to institutional fund groups.
Jake has worked in the construction industry since 2001, after gaining a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked for a multitude of construction and development companies including Laing O’Rourke, Skanska and Candy & Candy. He subsequently launched JSM in 2010 and was immediately able to secure commissions for development projects all over the world including the USA, Europe, UAE and UK.
